Shipping of items from the Pine Creek Collection take 2-4 weeks depending on supply. Shipping of items from the Jacob's and Christmas Creek Collections take 1-2 weeks.
All items are shipped via UPS or FedEx

Due to the nature of our products being handmade and/or refurbished items, we can not accept returns.
If there is a problem with your order, we will gladly exchange or replace.
